To become a Research Associate of the Lab, individuals will:
As project leads, bring forward a feasible project that produces tangible research outputs.
Contribute to the development of other members as researchers and to their projects through participation in monthly meetings, offering feedback, ideas, and research support.
Negotiate authorship of research outputs and roles within each project based on contributions, with coordination by the project lead.
Applications for Research Associate status are reviewed by the Lab’s directors. The initial term of associateship is determined by the duration of the project brought forward.
